ATT DSL outage in the Southeast

AT&T customers in the Southeast of the United States were not able to connect to the Internet through their DSL connections for several hours on monday because of an internal AT&T equipment problem.

Michael Coe, spokesman for the company said “The root cause of the disruption is still being investigated”.

The outage affected DSL customers in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky and Tennessee.
