Mars Asteroid Will Miss - No Impact

Scientists and astronomers watching the asteroid 2007 WD5 have predicted it will miss Mars. Highest impact chances went up to 1 in 25 but now predictions are that it only has a 1 in 10,000 chance of impact.

Scientists with the Near-Earth Object Program at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory estimate the asteroid will pass the planet by 2,480 to 16,000 miles.
